Return and Refunds Policy
Due to incorrect parts or Second hand parts not working correctly, Ebies Used Spares will not endure transportation or any other additional costs. Refunds will be made within 7 working days from the date the item is returned. Refunds requests must be emailed through to ebrahim@ebiesusedspares.co.za which must include reasons for the return as well as the nominated bank account for the refund.
Complaints Resolution Procedure
Complaints may be done in writing to raeesah@ebiesusedspares.co.za
Please include reasons for the complaint. Contact name and number. Complaints will be dealt with within 7 working days and a return email or follow-up call will be actioned.
Limitations of Liability
Ebies Used Spares shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the agreement or the sale of any products by Ebies Used Spares or the use thereof whether or not such damages are based on guarantee, contract or any other legal theory – even if Ebies Used Spares has been advised, or is aware of the possibility of such damages.
1) Gearboxes carry a 7 day start up fitment guarantee from date of purchase
2) Engines carry a 7 day start up fitment guarantee from date of purchase
3) Do not open or tamper with Engine
4) Engines & Gearboxes must be fitted by an Approved Mechanic
5)No refunds on electrical items purchased
6) The Company will not be held responsible for courier charges
7) Refunds will only be made if a replacement engine, gearbox or other used spare part is not available
8) Refunds will be given within 7 working days from returning Engine, Gearbox or any other used spare part(s) subject to terms and conditions.
9) If an Engine, Gearbox or any other used spare part(s) has a deposit on it the same product will only be kept for 14 days
